Freight charges

Freight charges are based on weight and volume. Red Promotional will pass on actual delivery costs to the client, which will be quoted at the time of quoting for your order.
Unless otherwise specified, Red Promotional will schedule all shipments using our designated courier company. All shipping costs will be included on the final invoice unless a third party shipping account has been provided.
Insurance and Guarantees

Red Promotional will not be held liable or responsible for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery as a result of shipper negligence, inclement weather and / or acts of God. Should any shipping issues arise, we will do our best to work with the customer and the shipper to resolve any problems and / or claims. Red Promotional will also extend to the customer any and all guarantees or warrantees made to us by the shipping company.

Freight tracking

All orders dispatched by Red Promotional are booked using online tracking systems so we can trace the progress of your order.

Delivery Lead Times

Depending on where goods are shipped from approximate delivery times are as follows:
•    Road (2 -6 days)
•    Overnight (By close of business next day)
•    Same Day (Same day delivery if available)

Split Shipments

Customers have the option of having merchandise shipped to multiple locations directly from the factory. Please let your account manager know your requirements.
